Add Yourself to a Room
I can add myself to room I created using one-point perspective.

Using your prior knowledge draw a one-point perspective room with decoration that reflect who you are. You will add yourself and one (or more) other image it could be a, picture, an animal, furniture and etc... Think about size larger objects appear to be....? Think about placement of the object, the higher up on the page makes it appear to be....?

Steps:
- After you scan your room up it into iPhoto and rotate the image and enhance the color.
- When sizing images to fit on side walls changes the opacity, hold down the command key to fit it into the space you have created.

- Make two copies of the image you are removing yourself from.
- Use the Lasso Tool to select the area you want to remove, you don't have to be specific with your selection.
- From the menu bar select Refine Edges, you will open a new dialog box and you can preview your edits.
- Change the radius so the edge of the object being cut out is detected.
- Play with Smooth and Contrast. - Feather will make your edge very soft, I don't suggest using it.
- Once you have the image how you like it, select OK, now you will have to inverse the selection otherwise you will delete the object.
- If you loose any of your objects you can use the second copy of the image to bring back the lost areas.
- Scanner
- Selection tools - Lasso Tool (L) or Magic Wand (W)
- Move tool (M)
- Eraser (E)
- Deselect (Cmd+D) get rid of marching ants
- Undo/Redo (Cmd+Z)
- Step Backwards (Opt+Cmd+Z)
- Make sure the box Show Transform Controls in check in the Move tool menu.
- Hold your Shift key to constrain the image while resizing the image.
- Inverse -(shift+command+I) Menu bar > Select > Inverse

How to use the scanner:
1. Connect the scanner (USB) to your laptop
2. Open Preview on laptop (from applications)
3. Open scanner lid and place drawing (DRAWING SIDE DOWN) on the scanner
4. File > Input from Scanner > EPSON Perfection 1260
5. Window will open select SCAN
6. Select location to SAVE (desktop)

Steos for Scanned image:
- Put scanned image into iPhoto
- Select edit to rotate the image
- Use enhance to brighten the colors - if the colors are still dull under adjustments play with setting there.
