A balanced composition involves arranging elements so that no one part of the image overpowers or seems heavier than any other part. The elements may include the size, shape, color, and arrangement of objects or shapes. When balanced, a composition appears stable and visually right.

Steps:
- New Layer 1200px x 1000px fill with black - label the layer background.
- Create a new layer and select 3-4 bright colors.
- Add a low Gaussian Blur - Filter>Blur>Gaussian.
- Free Transform (Command+ T) right click warp.
- Hue and Saturation (Command+ U) - Optional if you want to change your colors
- Duplicate Layer (Command + U)
- Free Transform (Command + T) right click and rotate image.
- Move images into a symmetrical layout.
- Merge identical shapes together - (Command + E)
- Repeat to create other shapes for your composition.
- Make sure you are labeling your layers
Once you have created your finished product add additional details.

Spinning shape hold SHIFT key down it will stop at 15 degree increments

- Add highlights create a new layer and select COLOR DODGE from the BLEND MODE (darker colors with a large brush work better).
- Use the ELLIPTICAL TOOL to paint soft curves use white or light yellow.
- Add a series of dots - Use the PEN TOOL to create a path, open up BRUSHES select a small diameter and a hard edge, select SHAPE DYNAMICS, pen pressure and adjust the spacing. Once you have the brush ready go back to the path and right click select STROKE PATH - Select BRUSH and make sure simulate pressure. You can change the BLEND MODE to OVERLAY or SOFT LIGHT, play around with it. (MUST HAVE BRUSH/PEN SELECTED TO ADJUST TOOL)
